According to Clause 179.3 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, resident taxpayers who move abroad to a permanent place of residence are required to submit a tax declaration on their property status to the supervisory body no later than 60 days before departure.

The legislation of Ukraine does not prohibit terminating employment relations with an employee during the suspension of the employment contract. Therefore, the employee can resign at his own will, or the employer has the right to dismiss the employee on other grounds provided for by the Labor Code of Ukraine.
The Resolution of the CMU "On Amendments to the Procedure for Providing Accommodation Assistance to Internally Displaced Persons" does not provide for such information as was provided to you in the TsNAP.
People who have moved abroad and are unable to personally come to the social security authorities can remotely refuse payments for IDPs and other types of state assistance.
To do this, it is necessary to send an application for refusal of financial assistance by e-mail or postal means to the address of the social protection body in Ukraine, in which you are registered.
The following mandatory details must be specified in the application of an arbitrary form:
the name of the social protection body in which the citizen is registered;
surname, first name, patronymic (if available) of the beneficiary;
address of registered/declared place of residence/stay;
mobile phone contact number;
email address (if available);
the type of assistance received (assistance for accommodation of IDPs).

The issue of registering a place of residence in the temporarily occupied territories has been relevant since 2014. The problem is that, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 265, the declaration/registration of the place of residence (stay) is carried out exclusively by the registration body on the territory of the territorial community, which is covered by the powers of the relevant council. Since the territories are occupied, state and local self-government bodies do not exercise their powers, and, accordingly, there is no body that can register the place of residence on the territory of the respective territorial community.
According to the Resolution of the CMU No. 1098 dated 27.12.2017 "On the Procedure for Assigning Temporary State Social Assistance to an Unemployed Person Who Has Reached the General Retirement Age, but Has Not Received the Right to a Pension Payment", assistance instead of a pension can be received only by those who at the time of registration of social benefits has at least 15 years of insurance experience. The money will be paid until such persons reach the age from which they acquire the right to receive pension payments.
If the money was supposed to arrive on the card, but it still hasn't, you can call: * Ministry of Reintegration (hotline number 15-48); * to the office of the Commissioner for IDPs (+38 (066) 813-62-39); * apply to your Tsnap and the Social Security Administration. In addition, you can send messages to the messengers of the official pages of the Ministry of Reintegration and inform about payment delays. After a personal application, your data will be checked and the funds will be sent.
