Persons with the following diseases can receive the I disability group:
Stumps of both upper limbs - at shoulder level;
stumps of two lower limbs - at the level of the shin and higher in combination with a stump of one upper limb.
Malignant neoplasms, in particular lymphoid, hematopoietic and related tissues (with metastases and relapses; severe general condition with pronounced manifestations of intoxication, cachexia and tumor disintegration).
Mental disorders with persistent, significantly pronounced psychopathological syndromes (dementia; oligophrenia: idiocy, imbecility; mental retardation due to schizophrenia and epilepsy).
Diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system with a progressive course, the consequences of injuries and other diseases of the nervous system with irreversible, significantly impaired motor, speech and visual functions (tetraplegia or triplegia, upper or lower paraplegia, pronounced ataxia, gross parkinsonian and hyperkinetic syndromes with inability to stand and walk, pronounced bulbar disorders, total aphasia, complete blindness or concentric narrowing of visual fields up to 10 degrees from the fixation point in both eyes).
Marked contracture or ankylosis of the shoulder, elbow, radiocarpal joints of the upper limbs or the hip, knee, tibia-step joints of the lower limbs in a functionally disadvantageous position (in the case of impossibility of endoprosthetics).
Combination of blindness in both eyes (corrected visual acuity lower than 0.1 or concentric narrowing of visual fields up to 25 degrees from the fixation point) with general somatic pathology, which leads to a high degree of loss of health and complete dependence on other persons; or with amputations of the lower limbs at the level of the thigh or one upper limb; or with complete deafness.
Bilateral anophthalmos (absence of eyes, congenital rudimentary eyeballs).
Blindness (visual acuity with transfer correction less than 0.05 or concentric narrowing of the field of vision to 10 degrees from the fixation point) in both eyes due to permanent irreversible changes.
Stumps of both lower limbs at the level of the lower third of the thighs and higher.
Diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system with a progressive course and the consequences of injuries and other lesions of the nervous system with irreversible, significantly impaired motor, speech and visual functions (upper or lower paraplegia, hemiplegia, pronounced ataxia, total aphasia, complete blindness, etc.).
Kidney diseases of IV and V degrees, which are treated by using programmed hemodialysis.
Diseases of the cardiovascular system, which led to insufficiency of blood circulation of IIB - III degrees due to the ineffectiveness of rehabilitation measures.
Diseases of the respiratory organs with a progressive course, accompanied by persistent pulmonary insufficiency of the III degree, in combination with circulatory insufficiency of the IIB - III degrees.
Mental illness: lucid catatonia lasting more than one year, dementia due to epilepsy with frequent (15 or more times a month) epileptic seizures.
Bilateral absence of four, three fingers, including the first.
Stumps of the upper limbs at the level of the forearm in various combinations.
Marked contracture or ankylosis of the wrist joints in a functionally disadvantageous position.
The second group of disabilities is established when:
absence of one lung and chronic respiratory failure of the II degree due to pathological changes in the second lung;.
persistent complete ptosis in both eyes after all types of restorative treatment;
upper limb paralysis;
lower limb paralysis;
severe upper or lower paraparesis, severe hemiparesis;
significant defects of the skull (60 sq. cm or more), which are not replaced by autologous tissue;
stumps of the shoulder or forearm with moderate impairment of the function of the other upper extremity: adductor contracture of the shoulder joint of the 1st-2nd grade, deforming arthrosis of the elbow joint of the 1st-2nd grade, deforming arthrosis of the carpal joint of the 1st-2nd grade, stumps of the hand or forearms and lower legs;
exarticulation of the upper limb in the shoulder joint;
stumps of the upper and lower limbs and lack of vision or deafness;
stumps of the upper and lower limbs and lack of vision in one eye;
hip exarticulations;
short stump of the hip in case of impossibility of prosthetics;
stumps of both lower legs;
false stump of the lower limb or both feet at the level of the Chopar joint in the absence of the possibility of medical rehabilitation and prosthetics;
ankylosis of the hip joint with moderate dysfunction of the second hip joint (PFS II);
bilateral coxarthrosis (III-IV century);
fecal (urinary) fistula, unnatural anus in case of ineffectiveness or presence of contraindications to surgical intervention;
hip stumps with moderate impairment of motor or static functions of the other lower limb (deformative arthrosis of the hip joint of the 1st-2nd century, improperly fused fracture of the femur with a bent axis, shortening of the limb by 2-3 cm, fibrous ankylosis of the knee joint, moderate contracture knee joint, moderate contracture of the ankle-foot joint, impaired function of the joint of the II degree), stumps of both legs, ankylosis of the hip joint with moderate impairment of the function of the second hip joint, impaired function of the joint of the II-III degree, bilateral coxarthrosis;
condition after endoprosthesis of two hip or two knee joints.
The third group of disabilities is established when:
absence of one lung;
absence or subatrophy of one eye;
persistent complete ptosis in one eye after all types of restorative treatment;
practical blindness in one eye (visual acuity with tolerated correction below 0.05 or concentric narrowing of the field of vision to 10 degrees, from the point of fixation) as a result of an occupational disease, occupational disability or war injury. The third group of disabilities is established in the case of one eye as a result of a domestic injury or illness, not related to service in the army or professional activity for the period of retraining and acquisition of a new profession;
bilateral deafness;
persistent tracheostomy with the impossibility of plastic closure;
stenosis of the larynx II-III degree due to traumatic or infectious damage to the neuromuscular apparatus of the larynx with unilateral or bilateral paresis and persistent dysphonia;
persistent aphonia of organic origin;
defects of the jaw or hard palate, if prosthetics do not provide chewing;
pituitary dwarfism (height less than 150 cm);
paralysis of the hand;
paralysis of the upper limb or paralysis of the lower limb;
pronounced paresis of the upper or lower limb, accompanied by a significant limitation of the range of active movements in all joints and muscle hypotrophy: shoulder — more than 4 cm, forearm — more than 3 cm, thigh — more than 8 cm, lower leg — more than 6 cm, as well as hypotrophy of the muscles of the hand or foot;
a foreign body in the substance of the brain (as a result of an injury), if the injury was accompanied by a brain abscess or meningoencephalitis;
a significant defect of the bones of the skull (3x1 sq. cm or more, except for the cases of its replacement with autotissue) or with smaller sizes, if there is pulsation of the brain, or with the absence of pulsation in cases where the injury proceeded with complications (infectious-purulent process);
the absence of a hand and a higher level of amputation of the upper limb;
wrong joint of the shoulder or both bones of the forearm;
the absence of all phalanges of the four fingers of the hand, except for the first;
absence of three fingers, including the first; ankylosis or pronounced contracture of the same fingers in a functionally disadvantageous position;
absence of the first and second fingers with corresponding metacarpal bones;
absence of the first fingers of both hands;
absence of three fingers of the hand with corresponding metacarpal bones;
stumps of thighs or lower legs;
club feet at the level of the Lisfranc joint or at a higher level;
bilateral stump of the foot with resection of the heads of the metatarsal bones according to Sharpe;
sharply expressed contracture or ankylosis of 2 ankle-foot joints; sharply expressed contracture or ankylosis of the ankle-foot joint with the location of the foot in a functionally disadvantageous position;
sharply expressed contracture or ankylosis of the hip or knee joint in a functionally disadvantageous position or shortening of the limb by more than 7 cm after resection of the joint;
congenital or acquired dislocation of the hip joints or one hip joint with significant functional impairment;
deformation of the chest due to the resection of five or more ribs in the presence of respiratory insufficiency of the 1st degree. and more;
unconsolidated fracture of the hip or both bones of the lower leg;
an unstable knee or hip joint with marked impairment of limb function;
shortening of the lower limb by 7 cm or more;
endoprosthesis of the knee or hip joint;
osteochondropathy, osteochondrodystrophy when the height is less than 150 cm;
kyphoscoliosis of the III century. with the presence of respiratory insufficiency or kyphoscoliosis of the IV century;
extirpation of the stomach;
total thyroidectomy due to cancer;
artificial heart valve;
an artificial heart rhythm driver;
a foreign body in the heart muscle or in the pericardium;
absence of one kidney with pathology of the second;
bilateral mastectomy.
