If you are a blogger (streamer), then you need to register as an individual entrepreneur. The obligation to register as an individual entrepreneur arises when you have a systematic income from such activities.
You can register as an individual blogger in the 2nd or 3rd group.
An individual entrepreneur who pays a single tax cannot receive passive income, including monetary gifts, donations, and endowments. An individual entrepreneur of group 3 can accept payments from abroad and on the territory of Ukraine from anyone - from the population, individual entrepreneurs, and companies.
Donations are considered passive income, and such income cannot be included in entrepreneurial activity. Donations can be collected as an individual, but in this case you must pay taxes: 18% income tax and 5% military levy.
If a person is under investigation, that is, there is no verdict in the case yet, they can be mobilized if there are no restrictions from the court (for example, a restraining order or the imposition of house arrest on the person). If there are no restrictions, such persons can also be accepted for contract service.
At the same time, it is impossible to mobilize those convicted of serious crimes. In our country, military service is prohibited if there are charges of committing serious crimes (murder, kidnapping, rape) or especially serious crimes (encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, treason, encroachment on the life of a state or public figure, sabotage, espionage, hostage-taking, human trafficking), as well as convictions for such offenses.
First of all, you need to make sure that the technologies you plan to use correspond to the intended purpose of the land plot. If you plan to install structures or equipment that are not provided for in the lease terms or land ownership, you need to make appropriate changes to the documents or change the intended purpose of the land through the competent authorities.
If the new technology involves the use of equipment or materials that are subject to mandatory certification or licensing, it is necessary to take care of obtaining the appropriate permits in advance.
No less important is the area of intellectual property. In the case of developing or using copyrighted programs, unique solutions, or licensed software, it is necessary to register the rights to intellectual property objects and protect them from unauthorized use.
