On May 12, 2022, the Verkhovna Rada adopted Law No. 2256-ХХ, which prohibits the compulsory collection of debts for housing and communal services from natural persons during martial law.
In order to remove the debt from the salary card, you need to perform the following algorithm of actions:
Get a certificate from the bank about the intended use of the account.
Write a statement in the name of the executor with a request to remove the attachment from the card and attach a certificate as proof that this type of income cannot be attached.
If the private executor refuses to satisfy the application, the decision to impose a seizure must be appealed in court.
The difference between public and private notaries is only in the amount of payment for services and responsibility for damage caused. Yes, private notaries pay a fee for performing notarial acts, the amount of which is determined by agreement between the notary and the citizen or legal entity.
Regarding the search for a notary in the state register of notaries: the certificate of the right to engage in notarial activity is the most important document, and if the number of the certificate is a different person, this is important and requires justification.
With regard to the locations of notaries, most likely, in the State Register of Notaries, the premises for placing the workplace (offices) are indicated, which must be located within the notarial district in which notarial activity is carried out. That is, a notary's office is not an office.
Refusal to accept inheritance may be revoked within the period established for its acceptance in accordance with Article 1270 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
A period of six months is established for the acceptance of the inheritance, which starts from the time of opening the inheritance.
If a person's right to inheritance depends on the non-acceptance of the inheritance or the refusal to accept it by other heirs, the deadline for his acceptance of the inheritance is set at three months from the moment the other heirs reject the inheritance or refuse to accept it.
If the remaining term is less than three months, it is extended to three months.
