The total duration of unemployment benefit payment to insured persons cannot exceed 360 calendar days (for persons of pre-retirement age - no more than 720 calendar days) within two years from the date of its appointment.

In the absence of registration of the place of residence, you need to contact the tax office at the place of receipt of income.

Transfer from various units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and territorial defense units is possible. The process is sufficiently clearly regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Formally, it is impossible not to pay the loan in full during the war. Although fines have been canceled for overdue payments, the debt itself will have to be repaid.

According to the law adopted during the period of martial law, banks do not have the right to charge fines or penalties for late payment of loans. However, the principal amount of the debt and accrued interest remain valid.

Therefore, if there is an opportunity to continue paying on the loan, it is better to do so. After all, after the end of the war, all debts to the bank will still have to be returned.

An alternative may be to arrange a credit holiday, which involves a temporary postponement of payments. The decision to grant such vacations is made by the bank.

Subgroup A includes persons with an exceptionally high degree of health loss, which causes the need for constant external supervision, care or assistance of other persons and the actual inability to self-care. The criteria for establishing subgroup A I of the disability group are the degree of loss of health, which causes complete inability to self-care and complete dependence on other persons (the need for constant external supervision, care or assistance)

You can apply for disability in 2024 offline or online.

In order to register a disability offline, it is necessary to apply to health care institutions at the place of residence. After diagnosis and treatment, which will confirm a persistent violation of the body's functions, the person will receive a referral for an expert examination at the medical and social examination bodies of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Documents confirming the main diagnosis are submitted to the MSEK. In each specific case, these can be:

• results of special studies;

• advisory opinions;

• conclusions of the regional LCC;

• a certificate about the disease of VLK.

The following documents are required for MSEK:

1. a document and its copy certifying identity;

2. medical card of an outpatient (form 025/o);

3. a certified copy of the employment book;

4. a copy of the certificate of the liquidator of the Chernobyl accident (if available);

5. a copy of the certificate of a participant in hostilities (if available).

A completed referral form 088/o will be required. It must be signed by the head of the medical advisory commission (MCC), members of the commission and certified by the seal of the medical institution. You will also need the originals of all documents entered in form 088/o.

In order to register a child's disability, it is additionally necessary to have a document certifying the identity of the child's parents or his legal representatives.

The commission conducts a review from the day of receipt of the LCC referral within five working days and makes the appropriate decision. Further, for the medical and social examination, the commission prepares a medical opinion on the provision of a certain group of disabilities or its absence, as well as prepares an individual rehabilitation program for a person with a disability.

If a person cannot appear before the MSEK due to health or other reasons, the examination can be carried out at home or in the hospital where he is staying. In order to make a decision of the MSEK in absentia, the consent of the person registering the disability and the materials of his medical file are required.

In order to obtain the status of a person with a disability in Ukraine online, it is necessary to perform several steps, which are regulated by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1317 and the Instruction of the Ministry of Health No. 561. However, there is no exact list of when the commission can make a decision in absentia in the Instructions on establishing disability groups. Therefore, in each case, this possibility is considered individually.

A military serviceman has the right to send a report or another version of a request letter for military assistance to his commander.

The commander is obliged to consider the report within 15 days from the day of its receipt. If necessary, the commander can additionally check the information presented in the report or request additional documents. In this case, the term of consideration of the report may be extended up to 30 days.

For some types of reports, special terms of consideration are established. For example, the report on the passing of the VLK is considered within 10 calendar days from the day it is received by the relevant body. And the term of consideration of a serviceman's report for leave is 3 days from the day of its receipt.

The order of consideration of the report by the commander has a certain sequence:

1. Studying the text of the report.

2. Verification of the plausibility of the stated facts.

3. Decision on appropriate measures or sentencing.

4. Notification of the serviceman about the results of the review.

You can get information (extract) from the State Land Cadastre in written or electronic form.

In order to receive an extract from the DZK in writing, it is necessary:

Submit to the State cadastral registrar or the administrator of the center for the provision of administrative services or an authorized official of the executive body of local self-government:

1. application (in paper or electronic form) according to the established form;

2. a document confirming payment for the provision of an extract from the State Land Cadastre or a certificate containing generalized information about land (territories), or a copy from the cartographic base of the State Land Cadastre, a cadastral map (plan), or a certified copy of a document of the State Land Cadastre and extract from it;

3. a document that confirms the authority to act on behalf of the applicant (in case of submission of the application by a person authorized by the applicant).

The application for the provision of information from the State Land Cadastre in paper form with attached documents is submitted by the applicant or a person authorized by him in person or sent by registered letter with a description of the attachment and a notice of delivery or sent in electronic form through the Public Cadastre Map or the Unified State Portal of Administrative Services, including including through the website of the State Geocadastre.

To issue an extract in electronic form, the applicant must go to the website of the State Geocadaster https://e.land.gov.ua/services.

It is possible to issue an extract through the website of the State Geocadastre, subject to electronic identification of the person using a qualified electronic signature and payment of services for providing information from the State Land Cadastre, an administrative fee in the amount of 0.05 of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons (from January 1, 2024, the amount of the administrative the fee for providing an extract from the DZK is UAH 151.40.)

The state cadastral registrar or the administrator of the center for the provision of administrative services or the authorized official of the executive body of local self-government provides within ten working days from the date of registration of the application (in the case of submitting an application for the provision of an extract from the State Land Cadastre about the land plot - on the day of its receipt), or reasoned refusal to provide such a document.

The State Land Cadastre is the only state system of land cadastral works that establishes the procedure for recognizing the fact of the occurrence or termination of the ownership of land plots and the right to use them and contains a set of information and documents about the location and legal regime of these plots, their assessment, land classification, quantitative and qualitative characteristics, distribution among land owners and land users.

So. In fact, you will no longer be an internally displaced person (after all, it is possible to be an IDP within the borders of one country), accordingly, these payments will cease.

If the time of stay abroad exceeds 30 days in a row without valid reasons, IDP payments are cancelled.

For violation of the established terms of payment of wages to employees for more than one month, a financial sanction is provided for the employer in the amount of three times the minimum wage established at the time of discovery of the violation (from April 2024 - UAH 24,000).

Salary payment deadlines:

• for the first half of the month – the 22nd of the current month;

• for a full month – the 7th of the following month (the month following the month for which the salary was calculated).

It is not possible to pay salaries after these dates, as well as to set deadlines for salary payments later than these dates. After all, this will lead to a violation of the established deadlines for the payment of salaries to employees.
