Good day! On July 17, 2023, I received a notice in the mail about being fired from work from September 1, 2023. The question is whether my dismissal under paragraph 6 of Art. 36 Labor Code, as indicated in the warning, due to the lack of an academic load for me, if I am a full-time employee of a university, but now I am at the border in a status under temporary protection, I was not going to quit. Since February, I have been suspended from work due to my absence from work until the end of martial law in Ukraine. What are my possible actions in this situation, if I am against dismissal? I would like to return to work after the cessation of hostilities.

They are calling from the dormitory, they have already accrued UAH 11,000 in debt, although no one lives there, but they say that if things are lying around, then you have to pay. A lawsuit was filed against the FOP 3 group about the administration of the proceedings (non-employment of a disabled person at the hundred enterprise).

Form 3-PN report on employment was not submitted by FOP until 10.03. Also, fop did not announce a vacant position.

The account in the electronic office of the DFS is due on 04.17. Terms of payment of the fine until 15.04. Accordingly, it is overdue. The FOP found out about the existence of this fine on 19.07 from the statement of claim.

Does it make sense to appeal the entire fine, or only the late payment penalty?
