Our Kharkiv 11-year school was declared a 9-year school. This was reported by the director. There is no decision of the school board, nor is there a parent committee of the school. Is such a solution possible without parents and teachers? Is it the city department of education, or the district education department, or the school director? Who had the legal right to this decision, not including parents and teachers?
They made a biometric passport for the child, the place of birth in the city of Kharkiv is indicated in the passport (we made it here), and the birth certificate of the child indicates the city of Dunaivtsi (we were actually born here), tell me this is a fatal mistake? Because they were going abroad.

At the same time, I was not given a detailed calculation for what, how much to pay, but only the amount and the account number. I was interested, in other universities it is allowed to take the missing subjects during the year together with the current first year. Is it legitimate? What laws and documents regulate this? There is no such information on the university's website, nor in the study contract. I can't get through to the MES hotline.
