▪️ Citizens from the age of 18, regardless of basic military training or service, will receive a deferment until reaching mobilization age;

There is also information that tomorrow the Committee will complete consideration of all amendments to this draft law, as of now, it is 82% ready.

This draft law is of interest to:

▪️ Citizens from the age of 18, regardless of basic military training or service, will receive a deferment until reaching mobilization age;

If it is accepted in this form, does this clause give a deferment for a person under the age of 25 who has passed the military department of reserve officers?

Please advise, can I get a deferment from military service if I have a 10-year-old child who lives with me (which is recognized by law) after a divorce in 2016, but now I am officially married to another woman?

A quote from the media about the new draft law: "Persons who, after one higher education, obtain a second higher education — of the same level or of a lower level — will not have a deferral for them."

The question is this. If a person enrolled in a second master's degree and received a deferment even before this draft law, will the deferment apply in the event of the adoption of this Law on Education Seekers? and this was all before graduation from the first master's degree. But will there be a deferral for the second master's degree? Or is it canceled? and under what circumstances can they do it? Thank you.

Is it correct to say that the postponement of the draft is given only once, and the postponement of mobilization - without a limit? It is if I filled out a form in writing at the military headquarters with a request to receive a postponement for such and such a reason.
