...for a child, can he be taken to war?
If my child does not have a foreign passport, but has a sticker from the Embassy of Ukraine and a residence permit in Germany, will there be a problem with crossing the border to Ukraine and back to the EU?
I am an IDP from the Donetsk region. Together with a 9-year-old child (born in 2013), we live in Zaporizhzhia. I heard that it is now possible to apply for the status of a child of war? Is this really so and where should I go?
I do not work, I am registered to take care of a disabled child, my daughter is 15 years old, I am disabled under PND. My mother is 85 years old, lives alone, was recently given group 1 visual disability, and the medical certificate states that she needs constant external assistance. If I understand correctly, I, her only daughter, cannot arrange care for myself, because I already have care for a disabled child. How can I take care of my grandmother for my son, her grandson, while being officially employed, without quitting my job? And does the postponement of the draft apply to him in such circumstances?
...is this a reason for postponement (booking)?
...were the persons who took care of the child in the absence of parents?
