In the absence of a document about their own mandatory vaccinations or vaccinations of a child, internally displaced persons can apply to the family doctor for a certificate.

Information about vaccinations is recorded in the card of preventive vaccinations. Without it, the child does not have the right to attend children's groups (kindergartens and schools).

The family doctor creates a vaccination certificate from the relevant records in the outpatient card (form 025/o) or the Electronic Health Care System (EHS). If vaccination data is not available in the EHS, the doctor must duplicate the records from the medical record in it.

However, in the absence of documentary confirmation of vaccinations, it is considered that the person has not been vaccinated. In this case, it is necessary to do all mandatory vaccinations again.
