Is it possible to be released from service (mobilized) if there are 2 children and the woman is pregnant with the third?
Military servicemen who are conscripted during mobilization and have three or more dependent children under the age of 18 (on the basis of birth certificates) have the right to be exempted from military service. This is the basis established by paragraph 13 of subparagraph G of point 2 of part 4 of article 26 of the Law "On Military Duty and Military Service" (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2232-12#Text).
In order to be exempted, a report must be drawn up, and the report must be accompanied by documents confirming the fact that there are three or more dependent children under the age of 18 (birth certificates are possible). A certificate that the children are really dependent on the husband can be obtained from the Central Administrative Office.
If there are two children in the family, regardless of their age (even if the children are under three years old), and if you are expecting a third child, this does not exempt the husband from mobilization. It is also important that if you have three children, but one of them is over 18 (for example, 20 years old), then this is no longer a child, and you cannot be exempted from mobilization by law either.
