The owner of the apartment we are renting did not want us to apply for a residence permit to USZN. Therefore, we are registered at one address, but we live at another. When there will be inspections, will our family be safe? My husband and I are in Poltava. We can come to USZN on the day of the inspection.

Our Kharkiv 11-year school was declared a 9-year school. This was reported by the director. There is no decision of the school board, nor is there a parent committee of the school. Is such a solution possible without parents and teachers? Is it the city department of education, or the district education department, or the school director? Who had the legal right to this decision, not including parents and teachers?
