A vindication lawsuit is a claim by a non-possessing owner to an illegal owner to reclaim property.
In the case of the unwillingness of the illegal owner to return the property to the owner at his request, the latter has the right to apply to the court in civil proceedings with a claim to reclaim property from someone else's illegal possession. In accordance with Part 1 of Art. 27 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine with this claim, the plaintiff applies to the local general court at the defendant's place of residence. The basis of a vindication claim is the circumstances that confirm the legality of the claimant's demands for the return of property from someone else's illegal possession (these are facts that confirm ownership of the claimed property, its removal from the claimant's possession, its being in kind with the defendant, etc.).
The power of attorney must be certified by a notary and cannot be issued in simple written form. If you still bought a car, only after receiving a technical passport or a notarized power of attorney, then you should understand that the ownership of this vehicle remains with the previous owner.
An adult person with legal capacity can be a guardian, custodian of a child with her consent.
