The law does not regulate the issue of the effect of registration of the place of residence after the destruction of immovable housing, therefore, there was no automatic termination of registration. You can submit an application for removal from the place of registration to the authority at the place of registration on the grounds that the land plot is not the person's place of residence and the very fact of the termination of the existence of this real estate.
During martial law, a marriage can be dissolved through the state registry of civil status acts and through a court. In the event that the spouses have minor children, or one of the spouses objects to the dissolution of the marriage, the marriage may be dissolved exclusively by court order.
How to file for divorce at the Department of Social Security Administration?
A husband and wife personally come and submit a joint application to the RACS department at the place of residence - either jointly or one of them. Both should apply personally. However, if one of the spouses cannot come for a good reason - in connection with a serious illness, a long business trip, living in a remote area - it is allowed to submit an application by a representative by proxy.

Divorce by court
Divorce through court has 2 possible options:

Reservation is a postponement of conscription for military service during mobilization. Reserved employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations have the right to cross the border under martial law.
Reserved men can go abroad for a business trip, but return to Ukraine after the expiration of the term prescribed in the business trip order. A mandatory requirement is the availability of documents confirming the purpose of the trip, reservation documents and a military ticket.
That is, when crossing the border, a man must have with him a document confirming his legitimacy of staying abroad. And also a military registration document, which will state that the man has a reservation (or he is a student), that is, there is a reason for postponement of mobilization.
