All students, whether studying full-time or dual-time, have the right to deferment. If you were expelled, then accordingly, you only have a bachelor's degree. And upon admission to a master's degree (that is, a higher level), you will have the right to a deferment from the draft during mobilization.

In order to obtain a cadastral number, the heir must contact the land management organization and order technical documentation from land management regarding the establishment (restoration) of the boundaries of the land plot in kind (on site).
