The difference between public and private notaries is only in the amount of payment for services and responsibility for damage caused. Yes, private notaries pay a fee for performing notarial acts, the amount of which is determined by agreement between the notary and the citizen or legal entity.
Regarding the search for a notary in the state register of notaries: the certificate of the right to engage in notarial activity is the most important document, and if the number of the certificate is a different person, this is important and requires justification.
With regard to the locations of notaries, most likely, in the State Register of Notaries, the premises for placing the workplace (offices) are indicated, which must be located within the notarial district in which notarial activity is carried out. That is, a notary's office is not an office.
Refusal to accept inheritance may be revoked within the period established for its acceptance in accordance with Article 1270 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
