The Egyptian government did not make a decision to introduce special conditions for entry and assistance to temporarily displaced citizens of Ukraine. There are no assistance centers for temporarily displaced citizens of Ukraine. There are no special social security centers for temporarily displaced Ukrainian citizens in the country.
You can submit your application to the Danish Immigration Service's Citizen Service, where you will also be required to take fingerprints and a photo of your face (biometrics).

Children who apply at the same time as you must also appear at the Citizens Service. If the children want to get a residence card, they also need to record their biometric data. However, it is not necessary to make an appointment for children.
At a meeting on September 7, 2023, the government decided that Finland will no longer grant temporary protection and new residence permits to those third-country nationals who have fled Ukraine and to whom Ukraine has not granted international protection or a permanent residence permit. This decision will not affect the protection already granted or the validity of residence permits already issued.
The application can be submitted when you cross the border at the border service immediately after you arrive in Finland, or at the police station. The police accepts applications for temporary protection during the day.
Portugal considers the applications of citizens of Ukraine who need temporary protection under a simplified procedure.

After receiving the specified numbers, you acquire the same rights as other foreign citizens legally residing in Portugal:
you can work as a hired worker (https://www.iefp.pt/portugal-for-ukraine) or carry out entrepreneurial activities on the territory of Portugal;
you can open an account in any banking institution in Portugal,
you can receive medical assistance in state medical institutions,
you can apply for social assistance (the payment procedure is still being approved, https://en.seg-social.pt/portugalforukraine);
you can arrange a child in a kindergarten/school;
you can continue your studies at Portuguese universities (so far it is decided individually in each university).
Ukrainians who arrived in Greece after November 26, 2022, have the right to receive temporary protection status on the online platform for pre-registration for submitting an application for granting temporary protection to displaced Ukrainians (https://asylum.migration.gov.gr/temporary-protection /?lang=en). Temporary protection for Ukrainian asylum seekers in Slovakia has been extended until March 4, 2025. In Estonia, as in other EU countries, Ukrainians can apply for temporary protection status. The permit is issued for one year with the possibility of extension. Ukrainians receive the right to residence, work, financial support, health insurance and education. Citizens of Ukraine and their family members who lived in Ukraine before February 24 and left Ukraine in connection with the military conflict from February 24 can apply for temporary protection.
Petitions for temporary protection can be submitted to the DPPO. It is necessary to book an appointment before the visit. The procedure consists of filling out an application, the employees will also take your photo and take your fingerprints. You must have identity documents or other documents with you, for example, a birth certificate.
A person who, during the period of validity of temporary protection upon entering the Republic of Slovenia, declares his desire to receive temporary protection in the Republic of Slovenia, must submit to the police an application for receiving temporary protection and all available evidence related to the decision to grant temporary protection protection The police will immediately send the application and all the evidence to the administration of the relevant district in which the applicant for temporary protection will be settled.
