If you have simply lost the document, contact the National Center for Internal Affairs and Communications or the Department of the Internal Revenue Service of Ukraine.
Please note that you can issue a new passport document at the place of application, but in those settlements that are located in territories controlled by Ukraine, where the security situation is under control.

In order to legally carry out all actions, you need to apply to the State Architectural and Building Inspection for permission to carry out redevelopment of the apartment. After the permit is granted, a BTI specialist should be invited to inspect the home. The inspector will carry out a technical examination of the housing, help develop the project. After developing the project, you need to submit a declaration that construction work has begun. After completing the redevelopment of the apartment, develop a new technical passport for the apartment and declare that the housing changes are finished.
After that, you need to contact a notary to enter the relevant information about housing in the State Register of Property Rights.
In case of renaming of the street, it is not necessary to change the documents. After all, a new name is not a change of residence.
Documents certifying the right to ownership of housing do not need to be changed. Only if you are going to enter into a contract of sale or gift, then it is worth doing.
The identity document should also not be changed. Pre-registration is required only if you want to replace your passport, stick a new photo card in a 1994 model passport, or change your last name, i.e. if necessary.
A summons from a military officer, where the old name of the street will be indicated, will not be considered invalid. Renaming the street does not mean changing your place of residence.

If the problem is that the adult children do not provide financial support to the disabled mother, then she has the right to file a lawsuit in court to collect alimony. birth certificates of children;
documents confirming the mother's incapacity for work (pension certificate, ID card with a disability, or a certificate from the MSEK on establishing a disability group);
documents confirming the mother's evidence of the need for financial assistance (for example, a certificate from the Pension Fund Office about the amount of the pension; a certificate from a medical institution about illnesses; checks confirming payment for medical examinations, operations, purchase of medicines);
certificate of family composition;

For cargo transportation, you can acquire both the status of a Limited Liability Company and the status of an individual entrepreneur. Acquiring one of these statuses will be sufficient to legally engage in such activities.
If you intend to build a large competitive business and involve a significant number of workers and participants in it, then it is better to obtain the status of a limited liability company. But if you plan to work "on your own", i.e. perform the functions of a chauffeur, dispatcher or porter yourself, then apply for the status of a natural person-entrepreneur.
The difference also lies in the following: when registering the status of a sole proprietorship - you will personally be responsible for your debts in any case. That is, your property (apartment, land, car) may fall under debt obligations. If you form an LLC, then in this case your personal property will be fully protected.
Nevertheless, the preference is given to the registration of a business owner: you can independently dispose of your income, spend it not only for the benefit of your activity (cargo transportation), but also for personal needs; simplified bookkeeping is inherent to FOP. The income of the Limited Liability Company will be only the income of the legal entity, and you do not have the right to dispose of them personally.
For a more accurate answer to your question, you need to know about the specifics of your activity, what is the cargo transportation, its type, and within which territory the transportation will be carried out
