On what legal grounds can local governments (LSGs) limit the allocation of a land plot to the size needed only for an existing structure, instead of providing 2 hectares, as required by law?
I recently won a case against illegal land privatization in Ukraine. Can I cancel the illegal seizure and proceed with privatizing the land without waiting for other plaintiffs with similar lawsuits to conclude their trials?
