Good day. A soldier died on the battlefield, the Cherkasy Oblast military commander was in charge of the funeral and received a death certificate. They did not hand over to the wife. To date, she has received a duplicate, but the notary assured that the original is needed to receive a one-time benefit. Requests to military commissariats did not yield results, no one confirms the fact that they received a certificate. Where can I go?

attribution certificate. As far as I know, they graduate under the age of 18? Where can I complain to the Military Commissariat to give a certificate?

We were told that first to the regional TCC, then to the district, to Kyiv and then back to the part? Is it so?
