Good afternoon. The question is this: in 2006 I graduated (I studied in another city) and I was discharged from the dormitory and removed from the register at the Military Commissariat. I came to register at the place of birth. But my case was lost at the Military Commissariat. The documents were signed at the passport office so that I would be registered. I traveled three more times. But no one registered me. I still had a white ticket. Moreover, there was no war in 2006. In 2016, I became a disabled person of the 3rd group. The question is whether I will bear any responsibility. or a fine. I'm 18 years old. I'm already registered.
