Good day! A grandmother from the occupied territory died. The death certificate is from the Russian Federation, not from the newly occupied territories. I live in Ukraine.
How to inherit?
Good day. Please advise on such a question. We have three heirs. Can one of the heirs give his share to another? Is the consent of the third heir required for this? If possible, what documents are required to issue a gift certificate? Can the donor later change his mind and revoke the gift? If so, how long after the gift certificate is issued?
The father died and left an inheritance to his wife and 5 children equal to 1/7 of the house and the land. My mother did not let me and my son (a minor) live, citing the fact that I and my son are simply registered, and she, as the owner (but she did not enter the right of inheritance, although more than a year has passed), does not want us to live and wants to rewrite inheritance to my sister's children.
She was suggested this idea by a social worker who monitors these children. My mother does not give me the documents so that I can make the right of ownership for myself and prevents me in every way from living on the territory of the inheritance (my mother lives with my brother and sister's children in the house, and I try to live with my son in an outbuilding). Please tell me what I need to claim from my relatives in a court of law in order to arrange my inheritance?
was not inherited by my father after the death of my grandfather in 2013, and now my father also died?
... arrears on his pension for 1 year. I want to enter the inheritance for retirement. There are scans of his documents and a photo of a death certificate from the occupied territory. In my hands I have my birth certificate, which states that he is my father. Tell me, please, how I can enter into an inheritance for pension arrears?
... of the territorial community?
