Where to turn if the social worker refused to accept documents in connection with the birth of a child abroad. Documents are submitted in the manner specified by law, legalized and sent from Germany to Ukraine by mail (envelope). The employee does not get in touch and ignores my requests.
...will I be able to renew them at the place of registration? Are the burned ones canceled? Will the new ones be valid, or must they be reissued after deoccupation?
...the one or the other give?
... to the father for alimony? There is also a mother, but she is a pensioner.
Please let me know, according to the court decision, alimony for the child from the first marriage was assigned to the husband in the amount of 1/4 of the earnings (income), but not less than 50% of the subsistence minimum for a child of the appropriate age.
The husband is registered as an FOP, and it turns out that he must pay alimony not the minimum 1,416.50 UAH, but 2,777.25 UAH, that is, 1/4 of the average salary of 11,109 UAH. in our region. But now, during the war, his earnings are very unstable, and he is unable to pay the 2777.25.
Does he really have to pay 2777.25 hryvnias in alimony after all? Does he have any legal recourse to prove that he is now unfortunately only able to pay 50% of the living wage for a child of the appropriate age?
I am interested in the question if I have two children from my first marriage and gave birth to a third child in the second. Can we claim the status of a large family if the court has not decided the place of residence of 2 children from the first marriage, and they live with me according to a verbal agreement.
Good morning, please tell me whether the mother can deprive the father of parental rights without his knowledge, if he currently lives in the occupied territory. Alimony is paid
...divorce?
