(compiled protocol). The culprit of the accident is a military guy. He officially admitted his guilt. The culprit's insurance company offers an amount of compensation that will cover approximately 50% of the cost of repairing the car. In the workshops, completely different amounts are called. An insurance expert examined the car. Is it possible to somehow influence the insurance company or maybe there are other options to restore the car without investing your own funds?
... 50 percent off?
If so, to which document is the link?
...co-owners of this car. I want to drive this car to Ukraine indefinitely. I myself cannot remove it from registration in Poland and the Polish woman does not want to sell me her share of that car! How does the law of co-owners work in Ukraine in such a case? The inspection is Polish and the insurance is Polish.
...it turned out that the vehicle was encumbered (that is, the car was once purchased on credit) even on the first owner. But now the car is registered to a third person, who is not related to the first owner, has a different transport number than the one indicated in the encumbrance. I have no connection with the first owner, I don't know why the encumbrance was not removed - I think there were credit problems. The current owner says that she had no problems with registration.
How to be in this case? How could you register the right of ownership to another person if there is an encumbrance?
... European numbers when entering Ukraine for up to 10 days?
... and what steps need to be taken to get it?
