... do they have the right to evict him? Does the place for him remain fixed?
I worked for the FOP for 2 months, on 12.07.23 I wrote a resignation letter, because the employer does not fulfill its obligations regarding the salary, which were specified at the time of hiring. I worked for 2 weeks after applying, today they told me that it was my last day of work, but they don't give me my labor and salary for the period of time worked, they say "what to wait for 2 more weeks", because they seem to be conducting an inventory. But since the beginning of work, I did not sign a contract of material responsibility and did not accept material values through the inventory. Is this legal?
Good day! On July 17, 2023, I received a notice in the mail about being fired from work from September 1, 2023. The question is whether my dismissal under paragraph 6 of Art. 36 Labor Code, as indicated in the warning, due to the lack of an academic load for me, if I am a full-time employee of a university, but now I am at the border in a status under temporary protection, I was not going to quit. Since February, I have been suspended from work due to my absence from work until the end of martial law in Ukraine. What are my possible actions in this situation, if I am against dismissal? I would like to return to work after the cessation of hostilities.
