Sàusa solvèndi - the intention to undertake an obligation to repay another that already exists.

Natural persons-entrepreneurs are required to have supporting documents regarding the origin of the goods (par. 1, clause 177.10 of the Code of Civil Procedure).
Retail outlets are located on the basis of a written permit of the local self-government body (There is no separate legislative act for the complete list of documents submitted to the local self-government body for a permit to place objects of out-of-town (takeaway) trade. Such lists are established by decisions of local self-government bodies, therefore may vary depending on the region).
Employees of retail outlets must have for goods received for sale, if it is provided by law:
goods and transport invoices, income and expenditure invoices, acceptance certificates, collection slips, etc., indicating the name, variety, quantity, price and total value of the goods;
documents according to which the goods subject to mandatory certification were received, indicating the registration numbers of the certificate of conformity or the certificate of recognition of conformity and/or the declaration of conformity, if this is established by the technical regulation on the confirmation of conformity for a certain product;
copies of hygienic conclusions, certified by the seal of the business entity from which these goods were received, regarding goods that are not subject to mandatory certification according to the list approved by the Ministry of Health;
documents certifying compliance of the quality of goods with the requirements of regulatory documents (for imported goods – copies of certificates, written in the language of the exporting country and in Ukrainian or Russian and certified by the seal of the business entity from which these goods were obtained).
