The state pays assistance to such families in the amount of UAH 2,100. It is prescribed for the third and every subsequent child.

The total duration of unemployment benefit payments to insured persons may not exceed 360 calendar days (for persons of pre-retirement age - no more than 720 calendar days) within two years from the date of its appointment

Deliberately entering false information into the declaration by the subject of the declaration, if such information differs from reliable information by more than 2,000 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons, is punishable by a fine of 4,000 to 5,000 thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or community service for a period of 150 to 240 hours, or restriction of freedom for a term of up to 2 years, or deprivation of liberty for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to 3 years.

In accordance with Part 4 of Art. 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine, the submission of knowingly false information in the declaration entails the imposition of a fine from 1,000 to 2,500 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.

If the declaration contains inaccurate information, which differs from reliable information by up to 100 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons, disciplinary measures may be applied to the subject.

Unemployment benefits are provided to citizens of Ukraine who have received the status of unemployed and are assigned by employment centers from the eighth day after the registration of the unemployed person based on his personal application of the prescribed form. During martial law, unemployment benefits are granted from the first day of unemployment status.

From January 1, 2023, the maximum amount of unemployment benefit will be UAH 6,700, and the minimum amount will be UAH 1,000.

State employment centers provide assistance in finding a suitable job, including by organizing public and other temporary works, using operational information about vacant jobs and vacant positions not only within the district, but also in other settlements of your region and of Ukraine.

The Law of Ukraine "On the Organization of Labor Relations in the Conditions of Martial Law" stipulates that during the period of martial law, the norms of labor legislation shall not be applied in relation to the relations regulated by this Law. Land tax rates for land plots, the normative monetary assessment of which has not been carried out, are established:

1. for land plots located outside the boundaries of settlements or within settlements - in the amount of no more than 5% of the normative monetary value of a unit of arable land in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or in the region,

2. for agricultural land - not less than 0.3% and not more than 5% of the normative monetary value of a unit of arable land in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or in the region,

for forest lands - no more than 0.1% of the normative monetary assessment of arable land in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or in the region.

During the inspection of identity documents, the police officer has no right to photograph them.

Control over the correctness of the appointment and payment of housing subsidies is carried out by the National Social Service and its territorial bodies.

Applications with the necessary documents and/or information about the reduction of the subsidy or its termination are also accepted by authorized officials of the executive body of the village, settlement, city council of the relevant territorial community or military administration and officials of the center for providing administrative services.
