A second foreign passport is issued to persons who have reached the age of 18, who regularly travel abroad on business trips and for which it is necessary to issue visas in advance. This need is justified in the application, which is submitted together with other documents. Issuance of a second passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad is possible only in the presence of a valid foreign passport. A citizen of Ukraine cannot have more than two valid foreign passports.

Romanian citizenship for Ukrainians can be obtained in several ways:
On the basis of birth. If one or both of the child's parents are Romanian citizens, the child automatically acquires Romanian citizenship at birth.
On the basis of adoption. A child who was adopted by a Romanian citizen receives Romanian citizenship.
On the basis of naturalization. A naturalized citizen of Romania can become a person who has lived in Romania for at least 5 years, has a legal income and knowledge of the Romanian language at a level sufficient for communication.
On the basis of repatriation. A person who has ancestors who lived on the territory of Romania can obtain Romanian citizenship on the basis of repatriation.
Obtaining American citizenship by immigrants occurs through the naturalization process, the main conditions of which are:
reaching the age of 18;
5 years of stay in the USA as a permanent resident (3 years, if the resident status was acquired by marriage to a US citizen);
residence for at least three months in the territory of a certain state before the date of submission of the application to the local immigration office;
command of the English language;
knowledge of the history of the USA and the foundations of the state system and legislation;
decent lifestyle (absence of criminal record, unpaid debts, etc.);
Pledge of Allegiance to the USA and Pledge of Allegiance to the US Flag.
Unlike permanent residents, US citizens have no voting rights, can stay outside the country without losing their legal status, and are not subject to deportation.
There are several possible ways to obtain Polish citizenship:
Use of Polish roots. If you are of Polish origin through your parents, grandparents, you can apply for a Pole Card. This document greatly simplifies the procedure for acquiring Polish citizenship. In addition, if you were born on the territory of Poland, and at least one of your closest relatives has Polish citizenship, you can also receive Polish citizenship by birth.
Marriage with a Polish citizen. For this, it is necessary not only to marry a Polish citizen, but also to live with him on a permanent basis.
Residence in Poland for at least 3-5 years on a permanent basis, with a legal residence permit.
To be included in the military register, all conscripts must personally come to the TCC and SP at their place of residence and submit an application for their inclusion in the military register.

After receiving an injury and undergoing treatment, a person is sent for a medical examination to the VLK to determine the degree of suitability for military service. The military hospital where the wounded person is being treated, or his military unit, which issues a certificate on the circumstances of the injury, sends for a medical examination.
Leave for treatment in connection with an illness or for treatment after an injury (contusion, injury or maiming) according to the conclusion of the military medical commission with preservation of financial support. The duration of such leave is from one to four months (with exceptions).
