Good day. I have such a question, I don't know where to turn. I am under occupation, but at the moment I do not have a passport of the Russian Federation, but I was born there, I have a foreign passport and a birth certificate of the Russian Federation. I moved here more than 17 years ago, I have a permanent residence permit (Ukraine), TIN, diplomas, everything Ukrainian. At this time, I am thinking about the possibility of moving to Ukraine, but to live there you need to have citizenship. Is it possible to change it now with a situation like mine?
