As a result of hostilities, the house was destroyed, but because of the war, they did not have time to issue the inheritance. Not all heirs are in Ukraine, some have left as refugees to the EU and we cannot process the inheritance. Is it possible to receive compensation and rebuild the house without registration of inheritance, according to the documents of the deceased?
