If a driver ran over a police officer during a document check and was suspected of this under Part 2 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, can he count on a reduced sentence if he admits his guilt?
I am interested in whether it is possible to appeal the decision of the appellate court to impose a real sentence instead of a suspended sentence if the decision of the court of first instance was made on the basis of the defendant's admission of guilt?
