I am a serviceman who volunteered to fight since the beginning of the full-scale invasion and am currently in one of the hottest spots.
Before the war, I had a contract with the State Property Fund of Ukraine for the lease of a state-owned facility. During the martial law, the rent was canceled. Now, since May, I have been billed for rent again. I have no opportunity to fight and pay rent for an object that is not being used.
