If the High Council of Justice introduces Dutch practices in Ukrainian courts, will I as a citizen be able to receive more information about the consideration of my case?
As I understand it, if a foreign court issues a judgment regarding property located in Ukraine, are Ukrainian courts obligated to take that judgment into account? For example, if the judgment concerns the assets of a Russian oligarch, can his ex-wife claim the property in Ukraine?
I wonder whether the official translation of the UN Charter into Ukrainian will be used in domestic courts and whether this will change existing judicial practice?
If I was deported from Poland for violating public order, can I appeal this decision in Ukrainian courts?
