My family and I are abroad, we left officially to have many children. Now there is a need to return to Ukraine for 2 weeks, there are questions about this: Can I serve a summons at the border, at one of the TCCs of the Lviv region, if I am transiting there and cannot appear there. But can the border guards transfer my data to the TCC to issue a summons. If I come to my TCC to apply for a postponement due to having many children, is it possible without going through the VLK. Because it is not realistic in 2 weeks.
... to actually achieve a decision through the court and how long, at least roughly, can it take?
If the child's father pays child support at the level of 1/4 of his earnings and the amount he pays significantly exceeds the child's subsistence level, can he demand a reduction in the amount of child support if the child's mother does not confirm that these funds are not enough for the normal maintenance of the child?
... parental rights? The father has nowhere to pay, because he drinks a lot, has no property (apartment, car), no bank accounts, works unofficially in Poland.
Is it possible to collect alimony from a husband if we are married? I am now in Poland with a 3-year-old child, and he is in Ukraine, found another girl. I don't want to divorce, I hope that everything will be fine.
My daughter is studying at the university on a contract basis, my husband and I are divorced, he pays alimony for the duration of her studies and that's it, he doesn't help financially anymore. Can I apply to the court so that he pays half for education (he has 2 more children for whom he also pays alimony)?
Please let me know, according to the court decision, alimony for the child from the first marriage was assigned to the husband in the amount of 1/4 of the earnings (income), but not less than 50% of the subsistence minimum for a child of the appropriate age. The husband is registered as an FOP, and it turns out that he must pay alimony not the minimum 1,416.50 UAH, but 2,777.25 UAH, that is, 1/4 of the average salary of 11,109 UAH. in our region. But now, during the war, his earnings are very unstable, and he is unable to pay the 2777.25. Does he really have to pay 2777.25 hryvnias in alimony after all? Does he have any legal recourse to prove that he is now unfortunately only able to pay 50% of the living wage for a child of the appropriate age?
My husband and I have 3 children. Two are mine from a previous marriage, and the third is shared. We are officially registered, we have a certificate of a large family. In that year, we submitted all the documents to the military commissariat and gave a postponement until the eldest child's 18th birthday. Now the man is getting a job and a summons was issued to the Military Commissariat, saying that there is such a law, but the reservation is canceled because the children receive alimony. That is, there was alimony and armor for a year, it did not interfere. Is there really such a law? Why did they submit a certificate of a large family then?
please, what to do with the Ukrainian passport?
... a premature baby in the 5th month. Now in the hospital with the baby. Can a man come to me from Ukraine to Germany if he is considered a father of many children (two of his children are respectively in Germany, an adult in Spain (from his first marriage, he is 12 years old)
... Ukraine, tell me what documents are drawn up in Ukraine for a child, and is a father needed if we are not registered to make the documents?
..., with the older child, different surnames. What do you need to cross the border in addition to passports?
