I am aware that amendments to the Law on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025 increased the subsistence minimum for determining the official salary of a prosecutor of the district prosecutor's office. Does this automatically affect the increase in my salary as a civil servant if I work in a prosecutor's office?
If the salaries of district prosecutors are increased, will this affect the size of their future pensions? Does the law provide for the recalculation of previously awarded pensions to prosecutors?
I wonder if it is expected that after the adoption of the bill on assigning ranks to prosecutors, they will receive a monetary allowance for their rank?
If we increase the salaries of prosecutors, but do not simultaneously increase the budget of the Pension Fund for the payment of pensions, can this be considered a violation of the right to a fair trial for prosecutors who will file a lawsuit with the court regarding the recalculation of their pensions?
