... received a land deed. The land surveyor, without understanding, issued a deed to the land with a violation (part of the complex, namely, 2 separate office premises and part of the garage). 2 KP was clearly refused to receive a deed to the land.
The question arises how to settle this dispute. Technically speaking, there are no such structures in 1 KP.
