I am wondering if, after signing and ratifying the Convention for the Protection of the Profession of Lawyers, my work as a lawyer will be more protected from interference and harassment? How will this affect my professional duties?
Do you consider it necessary to adopt the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of the Profession of Lawyer in Ukraine, if it provides for ensuring that lawyers are able to perform their professional duties without physical attacks, threats, and harassment?
