I learned that Oleksandr Yarema has been dismissed from the position of First Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Can I, as a citizen, appeal this decision in court if I consider it illegal?
According to Article 114 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ensures, in particular, the implementation of acts of the President of Ukraine and acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Does this mean that the President of Ukraine can instruct the Cabinet of Ministers to lift travel restrictions for certain categories of citizens, for example, for men under 22, as stated in the news?
