If I am a judge, am I required to inform the judicial governance bodies about the actual security of my court if the information I provide could be used against me or affect my work? Do I have the right to confidentiality in this matter?
The State Judicial Administration has begun surveying newly appointed judges to find out the real state of court security. I have a judge friend who was recently appointed and says he has to make repairs in his office at his own expense. Should he have officially notified the court management about this?
