Are employees of the Court Security Service entitled to additional payments if they serve in territories that are not included in the list of territories where hostilities are taking place, but are located next to them?
I work as a kindergarten teacher. I recently read that the Education Ombudsman supported the idea of additional payments for teachers, but noted that local governments can, but are not required to, establish such additional payments. Does this mean that they have some freedom of action in this matter, or is there any legislative obligation to establish such additional payments?
