The government has submitted to the Rada a bill on the foundations of state veteran policy. I want to know whether its provisions will apply to veterans of the war in Donbas, or only to those who participated in repelling the armed aggression of the Russian Federation after February 24, 2022?
Recently, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced "good surprises" for Russians in Donbas. I wonder if such statements could influence changes in legislation regulating the conflict in Donbas, and could they be grounds for revising existing laws?
