can a guy who is being treated and is not of conscription age (19 years old) be taken into the army? Not a conscript?

My husband is at war, I need to establish the paternity of our son with him, because when the child was born, I was formally married to another man. A man cannot himself submit documents for registration of paternity, because he is not released from the unit. What is needed and where to turn?
