Is it necessary to declare property over 10,000 euros?

In accordance with NBU Resolution No. 148 of 05/27/2008 (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z0520-08#Text), a natural person has the right to import goods into Ukraine and export goods outside of Ukraine without a written declaration to the customs authority cash in an amount not exceeding the equivalent of 10,000 euros.
