A general power of attorney is a document that allows the owner of real estate to entrust its sale to trustees. Such persons have the right to dispose of real estate at their own discretion, to represent the owner's interests related to the alienation of real estate in state, notarial bodies, and to receive funds for it.
Advantages of such a document:
Real estate can be sold even if the owner is abroad or for other reasons is unable to come to the notary to conclude the agreement. The list of grounds on which a general power of attorney can be issued is not limited by law.
The real estate owner does not need to worry about negotiations with the buyer, collecting documents, organizing the signing of the preliminary contract and the main purchase and sale agreement, because a trusted person will do everything for him.
The authorized person can be both relatives or family members, and any persons whom you trust - the list of persons is not defined by legislation.
A general power of attorney is a safe document if it is properly executed, issued at the owner's own will, in compliance with all legal norms.
