How to close the FOP?

The entrepreneur submits to the state registrar an application for state registration of the termination of entrepreneurial activity by its decision (form 1 with a note on the termination of the FOP). This form can be submitted in paper form (you must have a passport with you) or in electronic form (submitted through the Diya portal).

The procedure for closing the FOP through "Diya" will be faster:

1. Log in to the "Action" portal.

2. Select the service "Automatic closing of the FOP".

3. Click "Submit application".

4. The necessary information will be pulled from the UDR.

5. Check if all data is correct.

6. Sign the application with the electronic signature of the FOP or the qualified electronic signature (KEP) of an individual.

7. After that, the data on the closure of the FOP will automatically be sent to the EDR and to the tax office at the place of registration.
