Deprivation of parental rights is an extreme measure, the court may in exceptional cases, upon proof of the guilty behavior of one of the parents or both of them, taking into account its nature, the identity of the father and mother, as well as other specific circumstances of the case, refuse to satisfy the claim for deprivation of these rights, warning the defendant about the need to change the attitude towards the upbringing of the child (children) and putting the control over the fulfillment of parental duties by guardianship authorities.
