Entrepreneurs of the 1st group do not have the right to engage in foreign economic activity. For the 1st group, only:

• provision of household services exclusively to the population;

• sale of goods from trading places in the markets.

FOP of the 2nd group. They can export-import goods under foreign economic contracts, except those prohibited in this group and the EU.

But it is not possible to provide services to foreign counterparties. That is, you can sell goods, but not provide services.

You can provide services or perform work only to the population and contractors.

FOP of the 3rd group. There are no restrictions for this group. You can work with foreign contractors: provide services, perform work, sell goods abroad.

Restrictions apply only to types of activities.
