Do you think judges should clearly define the persons with whom a suspect is prohibited from communicating?

According to the case under consideration, the judge of the Supreme Court of Justice Viktor Maslov forbade the suspect from communicating with “everyone in the world,” which was recognized by the High Council of Justice as a violation of the right to defense. I believe that judges should follow the law and indicate specific individuals in their decisions. Do you share this opinion?
