If I have a debt for utility services and it exceeds 680 UAH, can I challenge it in court and still receive a subsidy?
A housing subsidy is not assigned if the household has an overdue debt for payment of one or more housing and communal services for more than three months, which on the day of the application exceeds 40 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, i.e. 680 UAH (clause 14 of the Regulation on the procedure for assigning housing subsidies, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21.10.1995 No. 848).
