Violation of public order by teenagers entails administrative responsibility. Administrative responsibility is a type of legal responsibility applied to a person who has committed an administrative offense. An illegal criminal act or inaction that encroaches on state or public order, property, rights and freedoms of citizens, on the established management procedure and for which administrative liability is provided by law is recognized as an administrative offense.

Persons who have reached the age of 16 at the time of committing an administrative violation are subject to administrative liability.

Measures of influence are applied to persons aged 16-18 who have committed an administrative offense:

1) the obligation to publicly apologize to the victim;

2) warning;

3) reprimand or severe reprimand;

4) handover of a minor to the supervision of parents or a pedagogical or labor team with their consent, as well as to individual citizens at their request.
